Business activity
Online retail of home, childcare and play products to final consumers in Italy and Spain. Products are shipped to customers directly by logistics partners appointed by MCK Oakmont LLC.
Prices and taxes
All prices are in euro and include VAT and any other applicable taxes: the price shown at checkout is the final price paid by the customer. Shipping is free for orders over €20; for smaller orders the cost, if any, is shown at checkout before payment.
Nature of the products
CiaoBuddies™ products are general consumer products for home, childcare, comfort and play. Unless expressly indicated otherwise on the product page, they are not medical devices within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and are not intended to diagnose, prevent, monitor, treat or cure any disease or medical condition. Products that diffuse or atomise liquids (such as portable mist atomisers) are intended for use with ordinary saline solution for comfort and humidification; they must not be used with medicines unless a doctor or pharmacist has advised it, following their instructions. The content of the Website is for general information only and does not replace the advice of a doctor or paediatrician. Always read the instructions and safety warnings supplied with each product.
Right of withdrawal and guarantee
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason; some products offer an extended return period of up to 90 days, as shown on the product page. All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years in Italy, 3 years in Spain). See our Refund Policy.
Dispute resolution
Please contact us first at the email address above: most issues are solved directly and quickly. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Consumers may turn to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies listed in their country or to the competent court of their place of residence.
